The University of Leicester hosted our 2018 Annual Conference at its college conference center in Leicester, UK, from 11 to 14 September.

Building on the success of the first two Annual Conferences that took place in Breda in 2016 and Athens in 2017, the 2018 conference continued to explore European approaches to intelligence education and training.

Held under the theme of “Intelligence Pedagogy and Contemporary Challenges,” the conference provided over 100 participants with an opportunity to network, exchange ideas and perspectives, and develop new partnerships.

The impact of the event extended far beyond the three days its participants spent in Leicester as the formed partnerships laid an important foundation for our Annual Conferences that followed the Leicester event before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
